A Must-Have in Every Subcontinent Household : Indian Curry, rich and red, are essential for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Unlike the yellow curry masala from supermarkets, our curries have a thick, flavorful gravy.
Medium-Cooked Curries : BIO Tandoori Masala, BIO Tikka Masala, Qorma, and Butter Chicken have a thick, flowing gravy and are cooked for about 2 hours, featuring a 24-hour marinade.
Flash-Grilled Curries: Jalfrezi, Karahi, BIO Vindaloo, and BIO Saag Aloo are cooked on high heat with minimal gravy, focusing on intense masala flavors.
Why We Are Different

We maintain a limited menu for freshness, and all curries come with Saffron Rice and freshly made naan with your choice of sweet Mango Marille chutney or spicy Tomato masala chutney.
